I believe that every young person has the potential to grow, heal, and live a life that feels meaningful to them. Therapy can be a space to explore who you are, what matters to you, and what might be getting in the way. My approach is all about supporting you in discovering your strengths, making sense of your experiences, and finding ways to move forward that feel right for you.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and free of judgment—where you can be honest, even if things feel messy or confusing. I work with compassion, curiosity, and respect, and I’m here to listen, not to tell you who to be or how to feel. Whether you're facing anxiety, going through changes, dealing with difficult relationships, or just feeling stuck, we can work through it together
I'm trained in a range of different therapy approaches, which means I don’t follow just one way of working. I get to know you and figure out what feels most helpful for you. Everyone’s different, and there’s no one “right” way to do therapy. Some people like to talk things through, others need time to understand what they're feeling and that's completely okay. However you show up, we’ll work with that together.
I also enjoy using creative approaches in therapy when it feels right. This might include things like drawing, writing, metaphors, or using images to help express thoughts and feelings. Sometimes it’s hard to put everything into words, and creativity can offer another way to understand what’s going on inside. You don’t need to be “good” at anything, it’s just about finding what helps you feel seen, understood, and supported.
